Our nervous systems have so much powerful, healing wisdom to share with us. When we learn the language of our bodies and nervous systems, we can access this incredible healing capacity and feel fully present and engaged in our lives.

It all starts with a foundation of safety

Your nervous system has to feel safe enough to heal. When we live in a chronic cycle of fight, flight, and freeze, patterns of protection replace patterns of connection.

Yet, we have immense capacity in our bodies to heal and retune our nervous systems to be able to access that grounded state in which we feel safe and receptive to the world again. This starts with rebuilding our foundation of safety.

No amount of healing can take place in an environment that does not feel safe.

Hey, there! I’m Brityn. I am a passionate educator and embodiment practitioner whose talent is guiding and empowering other self-healers to feel safe in their bodies by helping them access the wisdom of their nervous systems.

I felt like I didn't know how to live my life outside of work. I was not thriving in my life and functioned purely in survival mode.
